Never Forget Tribute

During the month of September, Klingner-Cope Community Outreach will exhibit a 3,000 American flag display in remembrance of Sept. 11, 2001. Each flag is placed in honor of a civilian, emergency responder or military member who lost their life on Sept. 11, 2001. The Never Forget Flag Display will stand throughout the month.

Springfield area residents and organizations are invited to participate in the installation of the 3,000-piece Never Forget Tribute. This family-friendly community endeavor will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017 at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel (5234 W. State Highway EE, Springfield, MO 65802). MORE INFO

We welcome and encourage all visitors to share photos of our Never Forget Tribute on Facebook using #SpringfieldNeverForgets.

As a memento, a free 9/11 memorial lapel pin will be given to those who visit this grand remembrance display. Our desire is to provide the Springfield community a venue to remember and honor the victims and heroes of Sept. 11, 2001.

Klingner-Cope Community Outreach, a program of Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home, is committed to honoring the sacrifices of veterans, first responders, and civilian and military heroes.
